Hejian preps 12-inch wafer production in 2008

In addition to expanding its 8-inch wafer production at more advanced nodes, China-based pure-play foundry Hejian Technology is also preparing to run 12-inch wafer fabrication in 2008, according to company chairman Hsu Chien-Hwa.
