The combined 42-inch LCD TV panel shipments from AU Optronics (AUO) and Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) will exceed 100,000 units in the fourth quarter of 2006, a dramatic increase from the 20,000-30,000 shipped currently, according to TFT LCD makers.
