MOEA lifts ban on Taiwan small-size panel cell process investment in China

The Investment Commission of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) has announced that it is lifting the ban on Taiwan display companies that wish to invest in small-size (4-inch and under) panel cell (mid-range) processes in China.
