Formosa Epitaxy anticipates strong blue-LED chip shipments in 2005

Formosa Epitaxy expects its handset-use blue-LED chips to account for half of its sales in 2005. The company also plans to ship small volumes of high-power LED chips for new applications in the third quarter.
