Taiwan broadband modem maker TurboComm slashes capital 59%

TurboComm Tech, originally the largest manufacturer of broadband Internet-access equipment in Taiwan, will downsize its capital by 59% from the current NT$1.465 billion to NT$600 million to cover losses incurred last year.
