Sigurd budgets NT$1.6 billion for 2004 capex

Sigurd Microelectronics plans to budget up to NT$1.6 billion (about US$48 million) in capital expenditures to boost its packaging and testing capacity this year, said company CEO Sidney Huang at a February 19 investors conference.
