Teco to release 50-inch LCOS TV in March

Taiwan-based Teco Electric & Machinery plans to release a 50-inch LCOS (liquid crystal on silicon) rear-projection TV (RPTV) in March and a 55-inch LCOS TV in the third quarter of 2004, according to the company.
