IDMs raise analog IC orders to TSMC and UMC

Thanks to increased orders from US-based IDMs, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) have experienced surging orders for analog ICs during the past two weeks, sources said.
