TSMC: Fab 7 to not stop production but upgrade to 0.18-micron

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) confirmed that it would not stop production at its Fab 7 and in fact plans to upgrade a portion of processes at the fab from 0.35 to 0.18 microns.
