Taiwan PCB maker to start flip-chip production in 3Q

World Wiser Electronics, Taiwan’s third-largest PCB maker, said on Thursday it plans to start production at its new flip-chip plant in Taipei County in the third quarter, with maximum monthly capacity slated to be only two million units.
