GbE cards to fall below US$10 in 3Q

Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) network interface cards (NICs) are likely to fall under US$10 in the third quarter, following the launch of GbE MAC/PHY single-chip solutions by Taiwan’s Realtek Semiconductor in the second quarter.
