Ardentec denies merger with STATS ChipPAC

Wafer probing service provider Ardentec has denied a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report indicating STATS ChipPAC has approached it to discuss a merger, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
