Taiwan market: CHT plans to offer VDSL service

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) is planning to offer VDSL (very high bit rate DSL) Internet-access service with download speeds of 50Mbps and 100Mbps, in an attempt to gradually replace its existing ADSL service, according to industry sources.
