Instead of the conventional method of using thermal grease and multi-layer of heat sinks, Amacrox addresses the issue directly through the choice of materials and chips, enhancing the conversion efficiency by improving the circuit architecture. The previously mentioned universal notebook adapter has a conversion efficiency of 90%, higher than the industry average of 80%. The high conversion efficiency means that the electricity is consumed efficiently. And since little waste heat is produced, very little space is needed to accommodate heat dissipation.
Tong further noted that as environmental protection and energy conservation have become important issues worldwide, Amacrox, armed with its strong know-how, has been dedicated to developing environmentally-friendly and power-saving technologies that transcend the limits. In addition to the excellent performance of achieving a conversion efficiency of 90%, the company also has successfully reduced the power to only 0.5 watt. Meanwhile, Amacrox's notebook adapters also come with USB ports to support both notebooks and USB devices at the same time.
