CMO not confident about LCD market in 2009, but 8.5G fab to start production as scheduled

Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) will start volume production at its 8.5G fab in 2009 as scheduled although it does not have too much confidence in next year's LCD panel market, according to company president Jau-Yang Ho.
