Press: Japan research institution accused CMO and Toppoly for patent infringements

Japan-based Semiconductor Energy Laboratory (SEL) sued Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) and Toppoly Optoelectronics for respective patent infringements of its panel technologies, according to the Japan-based Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
