Teco showcases 40-inch LCD TV for under US$6,000

Teco Electric & Machinery showcased a 40-inch LCD TV model for only NT$199,000 (about US$5,970). The company aims to ship 1,000 40-inch LCD TVs this year, said company president Lin Sheng-chiuan at yesterday’s product launch.
