Toshiba sub-NT$50,000 NAPA notebook introduced to Taiwan market

Toshiba has launched its Satellite A100 notebook, which supports Intel's Centrino Duo mobile technology, with availability in the Taiwan market slated for March. The 15.4-inch Napa notebook is priced at NT$49,800 (US$1,535), compared to NT$54,800 (US$1,690) for Sony's VAIO FE15TP and NT$56,900 (US$1,754) for Acer's Aspire 5670.
