A-Data introduces new DDR2 memory module

A-Data introduced its DDR2 400 Micro Dimm mini notebook memory module, designed for the Intel Sonoma platform. The memory works under 1.8 volts and saves power by 30%. The memory will be officially launched in Taiwan next month.
