Toshiba introduces detachable display at CES 2006

Toshiba's detachable display brings a new level of freedom to personal computing, especially tablet computing. The detachable display works as a normal notebook display when attached to the PC. The detachable display is suitable for business meetings and sales presentation. Thanks to the IEEE802.11g wireless connectivity built into the prototype, all on-screen updates are processed and displayed in real time, while input via the stylus are transmitted to the main body.
