Sharp, which made its first appearance at Touch Taiwan this year, sports its high SNR projective capacitive touch panel technology. The technology includes a thinner product design with no air-gap between the LCD panel and touch sensor, which allows for fine pen handwriting without an additional pen digitizer.

Sharp did not display any Ultra HD TV panel technology at the event despite its recent release of 60- and 70-inch units in the market.
