SICC, TankeBlue step up 8-inch SiC deployment

China's SICC and TankeBlue Semiconductor, reportedly Infineon's two Chinese suppliers, have stepped up their deployment in the 8-inch silicon carbide (SiC) wafer segment, according to industry sources.
