MediaTek says guidance for 2Q09 unchanged

MediaTek said it currently has no plan to revise its revenue guidance for the second quarter, despite a positive outlook given by market watchers. The handset chipmaker earlier projected revenue growth of 6-15% sequentially for the quarter.
