Korea-based optical film maker Shinwha to set up plant in Taiwan

Shinwha Intertek, the biggest maker of TFT LCD-use optical films in South Korea, is expanding its overseas production bases, including one in Taiwan, according to company vice president Hyeong-Jun Kim.
