Sintek turns profitable in 3Q but still sees losses for first three quarters

Thanks to rising average selling prices (ASPs) of products, Taiwan-based color filter (CF) maker Sintek Photronic turned to profitable in the third quarter with after-tax net profits of NT$105 million (US$3.24 million), according to the company.
