Taiwan panel makers report strong sales in August but HannStar shipments down

Major Taiwan LCD panel makers, including AU Optronics (AUO), Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO), Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) as well as HannStar Display, in August all reported record sales again, according to the companies.
