President of glass substrate maker POI resigns

Taiwan-based STN LCD maker Picvue Electronics announced that Leo Chien, the president of its subsidiary Picvue Optoelectronics International (POI), resigned, according to a company filing with Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) on April 3.
