AKT lands 7.5G PVD orders from LG. Philips LCD

AKT, a US-based PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition) systems supplier, has confirmed landing PVD (Physical Vapor Disposition) orders from LG. Philips LCD (LPL) and will begin shipping the equipment to LPL by the end of 2005.
