IC Media develops CMOS sensor with 2.575-micron pixels

IC Media on December 6 said it has developed a technology to shrink the pixel size of handset-use CMOS image sensors to 2.575x2.575 micron and has tested the technology on 3- and 4-megapixel sensors.
