Renesas to complete upgrading 50% Trecenti capacity to 0.13-micron in 1Q

Japan-based Renesas Technology plans to complete upgrading 50% of the capacity at its 12-inch fab affiliate Trecenti Technologies from 0.18- to 0.13-micron processes for AG-AND flash production by the end of this quarter, according to sources.
