ST, Renesas sample NAND flash with Taiwan memory module makers

STMicroelectronics (ST) and Renesas Technology have begun sampling NAND flash chips with Taiwanese memory module makers to compete with market leaders Samsung Electronics and Toshiba, according to sources with local module makers.
