Elan to volume produce driver ICs for capacitive touchpads in July

Elan Microelectronics, a Taiwanese manufacturer of micro-controller units (MCUs), said it has already developed driver ICs for capacitive touchpads for notebooks and will begin volume production in July, according to company president IH Yeh.
