Toppoly begins small shipments of 14.1-inch LTPS TFT LCD

Toppoly Optoelectronics recently began making small shipments of 14.1-inch LTPS (low-temperature poly-silicon) TFT LCDs for notebooks as scheduled and expects to start volume production of the panel in November or December.
