If lamp capacity is 4-4.5 million (Philips and Osram) and shipments are expected to be 3.471 million units, why will 60% of demand go unsatisfied?

Is the capacity for both standard and RPTV projectors, or is replacement demand that big?

The original Chinese article estimated RPTV demand of 6.5 million units this year. We were unable to verify this number or confirm the source. The capacity is for both. Also, annual capacity is expanding over time and will be back-loaded in the year.
