Elpida’s 0.13-micron 256Mbit DDR and SDRAM to enter volume production by year-end

Elpida Memory will start volume production of 256Mbit DDR and SDRAM products using 0.13-micron technology at the end of 2001. The company also plans to launch 512Mbit DDR, SDRAM, RDRAM and low-power DRAM for mobile phones in the future.
