DDR5 to go mainstream in 3Q24, says Team Group

Memory module firm Team Group has disclosed that the DDR5 segment now accounts for 35-40% of its total DRAM product sales, and the company expects DDR5 to become the mainstream in the market in the third quarter of 2024.
