SMIC ends 2012 with record revenues

Semiconductor Manufacturing International (SMIC) saw its revenues climb to a record US$485.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2012. Revenues for the entire year also hit an all-time high of US$1.7 billion, according to the China-based IC foundry.
