Taiwan government to boost WiMAX development with 4-year budget of NT$6.6 billion

Taiwan's Executive Yuan on October 14 approved a plan to promote the development of WiMAX industry and applications in Taiwan with a 2010-2013 budget of NT$6.6 billion (US$213 million), according to the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
