IC designer Anpec to see up to 50% sales decline in 4Q08

Anpec Electronics has lowered its fourth-quarter sales target to a decline of 40-50%, meaning the company will see losses, as its sales in the fourth-quarter will be only NT$500 million (US$15.15 million).
