Taiwan market: Vibo Telecom offers 3G-platform teleconference service

Vibo Telecom, one of Taiwan's five operators of 3G mobile communication services, on September 1 announced the launch of a teleconferencing service for meetings among friends, families or company employees based on its 3G network.
