Realtek-3Com lawsuit resolved; licensing agreement settled

Realtek Semiconductor has posted a filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) indicating that its patent infringement lawsuit with US-based 3Com is resolved. Realtek has agreed to pay a licensing fee of US$70 million.
