Motech announces raise in planned GDRs

Motech Industries, which previously announced on March 1 that it was to issue 12-15 million shares for global depositary receipts (GDRs), has adjusted the amount to 13.5-18 million, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
