HP the CIM provider for new ProMOS DRAM fabs

Hewlett-Packard (HP) and ProMOS Technologies signed a contract on March 29 in which HP will license its computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) process to ProMOS at the company's new 12-inch fabs in Taiwan.
