Taiwan wafer maker FKS to trade on Emerging Stock Board, says paper

Taiwan-based wafer maker Formosa Komatsu Silicon (FKS), a subsidiary of Formosa Plastics, will begin trading on Taiwan's Emerging Stock Board (ESB) on November 23, according to the Chinese-language China Times.
