Holy Stone chairman says uncertainty still haunting passive components market

The passive component market is still being haunted by uncertainty stemming from delays in the launch of next-generation IT products, such as Intel's dual-core processors and Microsoft's Windows Vista, according to Holy Stone chairman Jing-rong Tang.
