Grace to do SuperFlash for SST on 0.15-micron

China-based foundry Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (GSMC) announced that it will extend its manufacturing partnership with Silicon Storage Technology (SST) for SST's embedded NOR flash, SuperFlash, to 0.15-micron, according to GSMC.
