MCPs exported to South Korea, Europe and US to be tax-free

Taiwan's Bureau of Foreign Trade was quoted by the Chinese-language Commercial Times as saying that multi-chip packages (MCPs) exported to South Korea, Europe and the US will be tax-free starting from the beginning of next month.
