Despite a DDR2 shortage emerging, Inotera will stick with its production plan

In line with recent signals indicating an emerging DDR2 shortage, DRAM makers Nanya Technology and Infineon Technologies have requested that their joint-venture Inotera Memories ramp DDR2 output; according to market sources.
