DRAM makers disappointed by contract price negotiations, while NAND flash makers happy with Apple

NAND flash contract prices started to rebound in the second half of September on the Apple nano effect, but DRAM contract prices fell amid lukewarm demand and a strong bargaining position for PC OEMs, according to DRAMeXchange.
