Macronix: Logic ICs to account for 50% of revenues by 2007, may enter 12-inch wafer production

Macronix International expects that sales of logic ICs will account for half the company’s revenues by 2007, according to Miin Wu, chairman and president of Macronix. Wu also said the company may start producing 12-inch wafers in the future.
